| Registration: 3:00-900 p.m. |
Pre-meeting and registration set-up prior to actual registration-add’l duties may be assigned after registration closes at 7:30 |
| Set Up: 10:00 am-4:00 pm |
General duties including decorating, organizing, hauling & providing extra “hands” for what needs to be done (actual assignments will be customized to the ability of the volunteer) |
| Crossing Guard/Clean Up: 5:00 p.m.-1:30 a.m. |
Crossing guard 1st & switching to packing and cleaning after the event |
| Parking: 4:00-7:30 pm |
Directing traffic to approved parking areas |
| Haunted Bus Escort: 6:00-9:00 pm |
Monitoring & Safeguarding the Bus (holding leashed dogs if owners want to board) |
| Event Information & Society Dog Info. Booth: 3:00- 9:30 p.m |
Answering event participant questions then switching to answering SD questions at party when the booth is transformed |
| Volunteer Check-In: 3:00- 8:00 pm |
Checking in all volunteers prior to the event & giving specific instructions related to their assignment |
